Inc. does hereby guarantee to the owner, that all labor and materials or both furnished and / or work performed; that should any defect developed during a one year period from completion date, as stated herein, due to improper materials, workmanship or arrangements; will promptly be made good by the undersigned without expense to the Owner and that any other work affected in correcting such defects will also be made good by Tenn-Ky Automatic Sprinkler Co.without expense to the Owner.

Rapid Response Warranty

On all Rapid Response systems equipped with TYCO brand fire sprinklers and products, Tenn-Ky Automatic Sprinkler Co. guarantee’s to the owner, that all labor and materials or both furnished and / or work performed; that should any defect developed during a two year period from completion date, due to improper materials, workmanship or arrangements; promptly be made good by Tenn-Ky Automatic Sprinkler Co.without expense to the Owner and that any other work affected in correcting such defects will also be made good by Tenn-Ky Automatic Sprinkler Co. without expense to the Owner.
